Free trial
The trial class is free, so you only pay once you are happy with your teacher.
Unused classes
If you cancel during a month, classes not yet taken are refunded or carried to the next month, as you prefer.
Not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with a class, tell us within 7 days and we will offer a free make-up class with another teacher or a refund for that class.
How to request
Send us a WhatsApp message with your name and the month. Refunds are sent by the same payment method within 7 working days.
