When you book a trial or enroll, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email (if given), the course you choose and the student’s age. During classes we may keep notes on progress.
How we use it
Only to arrange your classes, contact you about your schedule, send progress reports and reply to your questions. We never sell your data.
Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose (card, PayPal, bank transfer or mobile wallet). We do not store your card details.
Class recordings
We do not record classes without the permission of the student, or the parent for students under 18.
Children
Students under 18 are enrolled by a parent or guardian, who receives the progress reports.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data by messaging us on WhatsApp.
